Sed Qureshi
A brand-new lunatic is in town who goes by the name of Sed Qureshi. He runs two profiles on FB under the name of Sed Qureshi and Bilal. He has uploaded videos of doing these cruel acts on several animals, some of which have been removed but some are still on the profile for everyone to see.
A few days ago Jibran took a step against him and signed a petition against him providing evidence of his acts and appealing his followers to report him.

Penalty Against Killing Animals
According to Pakistan Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1890, If any person kills any animal in an unnecessarily cruel manner, he shall be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees and six months in jail.
Response To Jibran Nasir
In his defence to Jibran Nasir, he uploaded a video on Facebook in which he claims the narrative against him is false and fabricated as he does not partake in any such activities and all these anchors are just mentioning his name for grabbing attention. Furthermore, he stated Jibran Nasir is trying to enlarge his vote bank by dragging his name to dirt.
All things considered, such behavior should not be tolerated and strict action should be taken against those who take pleasure in doing such acts.
Came across this fb profile named “Sed Qureshi” who torture cats and make their videos with lots of people appreciating and wanting for more in the comments. Went to their profiles as well and all of them seemed alike. So difficult to process all of this.
