How to deal with Negativity?
We tend to perceive negative energy easily. And it’s always tough to deal with negative people around you. Though positive people have positivity. And negative people are drawn to negativity. Now the question is that what to do when negativity attacks you?
However, dealing with negativity is always a downer. Therefore there are several ways to protect yourself from negative vibes.
1. Be Grateful
Always be grateful for all the things you have. Instead of worrying about what you not have. Count on what you achieve rather than counting what you lose. This way you welcome more positive energy.

2. Focus on Solutions, not problems
Your emotional state can be determined. By analyzing where your mind focuses more. If you are encountered with a problem. Then face it as it happened for reason instead of panicking. Just counting your problem cant be your solution. Finding a solution will lead you to positive energy.

3. Realize you have control over your situation
As soon as you realize that the future is made by you. Then you start working on your practices to control your situations. And start designing your own life.

4. Maintain a level of emotional detachment from other peoples opinion about you
In order to keep yourself away from stress. It is most important to maintain your level of emotions. Not allowing negative thoughts of other effects you. And for this, you have to believe in yourself and value your own self. You can never always be good or terribly bad. We just learn about things through your experience.

5. You cannot change the tendency of negativity in other people
If you are trying to set a good example to convince other. Then you have to understand that you can’t control human behavior. Changing the tendency of the negativity of other is out of your control. What is in your control is your behavior. Maintain your equilibrium and cancel the negativity.

6. Dedicate ample time every day to self-care
Whenever feeling low never neglect yourself. Embrace your own self and take care in all ways. If you are with negative people around you then make sure you get enough time alone to relax. Sadly, it is difficult to control others. Since you can have control over yourself then take care of yourself.

7. Afterthoughts
However, it is always easy to blame others. Sometimes the negative energy around you is you. Being extra sensitive and holding on every past situation. All these just ruin your present. Therefore try giving up all the negative thoughts and overthinking. In order to lead a peaceful life.

Try to take an ownership of every situation happening in your life. When you start thinking everything is someone else fault. The problem occurs. Therefore own every fault as yours then only you will learn peace and joy.
