Ramadan is around the corner and the gates of hell are going to be closed, so there is no one stopping you from starting a new diet to lose weight/gain a better body.
We all know when Ramadan arrives our daily schedule gets a bit hectic drastically. Certainly losing track of your health and body care can happen but as this month arrives we receive the opportunity to remove the excess weight from our body.

Best time to work out depends on your goal. According to the research, there are two workout time first one is Pre-Iftar Time and the Second one is Post-Iftar time.
Pre-Iftar Work out
Performing exercise before Iftar increases the chances of losing more fat as your body is in fastened state and to gain energy which will be used to lift weights it uses the stored fat in your body instead of carbs.
It is best for someone whose motive is to look shredded this summer.

Post-Iftar Work out
Post Iftar works out for someone who wants to maintain his muscle mass and don’t want to lose his gain. It must be remembered the time interval between workout and iftar should be minimum 3 to 4 hours.
As you all know Pakistan is going to receive a lot of heat this summer, be sure to stay hydrated instead of drinking of loads of water before Suhur, you should try taking water-rich food such as Cucumber, tomatoes and apples to name a few.
