Early Struggle
The only thing that Shahid Khan was passionate about was his desire to become successful and that desire was the reason that took him to the USA at the age of 16, having the aim in mind of becoming an architect he enrolled in Illinois University which and soon he found out he is meant for that thing.
That where his struggle starts he even had trouble in arranging meals for himself and pay for his rent. That eventually force him to take a job of a dishwasher to pay for rent.
He soon realizes that the field of architecture would not fulfil his desire of becoming rich and successful, in the search of his ambition fulfilment he took a crucial stage and shifted his paradigm of interest towards engineering. He then got the admission in UIUC College of Engineering and completed his engineering in1971.

Just after the completion of graduation, he appointed as Engineering Director at Flex-N-Gate it is the point of life where Shahid has achieved the financial stability, but even a secured job did not let him divert from his ultimate goals of reaching the zenith of success.
Startup
In his late 20’s with $16000 in hand, he decided to start his business. The finance was not enough to kick off the startup however his passion has reached the level of intensity that the gave him the courage to become a risktaker and he took the loan of $50000 which was could the biggest risk to put so much in a startup and also for his rest of the career.

Acquiring Flex-N-Gate
The company started with the name “Bumper work” that made the modified bumper for the truck that helps trucks in order to reduce its weight. His risk worth it and within two he goes on to buy the company he once employed in “Flex-N-Gate” in 1980.
Flex-N-Gate had a great goodwill in the automobile sector which helps khan to supply Big three automaker of US (Ford, Fiat and General Motor). In 1984, he started to supply bumpers to Toyota motors and till 1989 his company had become the sole supplier to Toyota motors in the US.
And that where Khan started to climbed the ladder of success which has not ended yet. As per this date, Shahid Khan’s company now has 62 plants worldwide with over 24000 employees.
Acquiring NFL Team
Like there is no stopping for him after that and he also becomes the first owner of NFL team Jacksonville Jaguars and English football league Fulham F.C. with a sole purpose of expanding his business more and make it even bigger than ever.
Shahid Khan is the richest man of Pakistan with a net worth of 7.3 billion USD as of 2018.
