Handling our son was the most difficult part of a year-long ordeal: Ayesha Fazli wife of Ali Zafar

Ali Zafar and wife Ayesha Fazli’s finally came together on the screen about the Meesha Shafi fiasco. It was Ayesha’s first-time appearance since her husband Ali Zafar was accused of sexual harassment. All happened last year when a fellow celebrity Meesha Shafi tweeted and accused Ali Zafar of sexual harassment.

After a year, Ali’s wife finally spoke about it and disclosed that the most difficult part was to handle their son, and making him understand all that.

“He (Ayesha and Ali’s son) was just an eight-year-old when these allegations were leveled against his father. People were coming to our house like someone had died and you know how it could affect an eight-year-old,  then I had to sit with him and make him understand what is going on. I had to tell him that your father is a nice person, who helps others and if someone says anything negative, just ignore it,” Ayesha Fazli said during ARY News’ morning show.

When asked about her tweet “the cyberbullying and betrayal by a friend(s) has been a big eye-opener. Even if Ali lets it go, I will see through it”

Ayesha said she can’t even imagine forgiving Meesha after all that she did.
